The high precious metal content metallic substrate – Euro 6 standard is an efficient honeycomb-type catalytic carrier designed to meet the stringent requirements of the EU Euro 6 emission regulations. This product utilizes an ultra-thin Fe-Cr-Al foil structure (typically 0.03–0.05 mm thick), characterized by high thermal conductivity and low thermal inertia, allowing the catalytic reaction zone to rapidly reach operating temperature during cold-start conditions. By uniformly loading a high concentration of noble metal catalysts on the surface layer, the metallic substrate effectively reduces emissions of hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO), and nitrogen oxides (NOx) while maintaining low backpressure to ensure unrestricted engine power output. Its unique high-temperature oxidation-resistant protective film design allows the substrate to retain stable mechanical strength and catalytic activity under high-load and frequent thermal cycling conditions.
